As the founder of Artlantic and Harmonics Group, he has organized numerous concerts, tours, and festivals, including the Caribbean Culture Drop Open Air in Copenhagen and a festival in Zanzibar.

    With a Diploma in Music Management from the Royal Academy of Music, Adil has worked with both Grammy and DMA-winning artists, serving as a mentor, coach, and consultant. His deep knowledge of the music and cultural sectors makes him a driving force in fostering artistic collaboration and community-driven projects.

    With a background in international sales and marketing, including roles at Marley Coffee, BeYou Skincare, and Harmonics Group, he excels in scaling projects and negotiating contracts. He is also the brother of the late Natasja Saad and represents the Natasja Memorial Fund.
